Mission Statement
Welcome to wisconsinbigfoot.com (WIBF). Glad you found us and I hope you enjoy the website! Since we are brand new, many of the pages on the site will be updated substantially in the coming months.
This website was created and is maintained by Squatch Inc.. We are located in southeastern WI. This website has been produced in attempts to educate, discuss and aid in the research related to the Bigfoot phenomenon that takes place in our state.
WIBF's main objective is to offer a place where you can come and share your stories or just learn more about Bigfoot in general. If you have ever had an encounter, or know of someone who has, click on the Submit a Report link on the left side of this page. Squatch Inc. considers input from everyday normal people to be one of the greatest research tools known. Our goal is to learn more about these extremely elusive creatures and make attempts to document using photo or video based methods. By sending a report, you will be helping us in taking one step closer to solving this great mystery.
Squatch Inc. is not interested in killing a Bigfoot to prove its existence. Therefore we don't hunt to harvest the creature. Hunting for evidence and enjoying the outdoors go hand in hand at the WIBF. Focusing on documenting what we know and learning about what we don't know is the mission. Evidence such as photo or video images along with eyewitness reports won't sway most skeptics, but they will however further our research and answer the questions that those of us who believe are asking.
Wisconsinbigfoot.com is a place where people who enjoy the quest into the unknown can come and share, learn and discuss issues related to the large hairy bi-pedal hominids that roam the forests of Wisconsin. Whether you're out in the field or researching from home at your computer, bigfooting can be fun and enjoyable and we hope to enhance your experience.
Wisconsinbigfoot.com is laid out in an easy to use format in attempts to make your navigation through the site enjoyable yet informative. Keeping it simple here is the goal. I would rather not waste time adding all kinds of bells and whistles to the website but rather spend my time analyzing and researching. I will do my best to not clutter the website with useless information.
