This is a true story, all the details happened  to myself, nothing is made up or embellished.

I was studying Wildlife Biology at a small college in Nebraska, my mom passed away two years earlier so I was living with my Dad at the time. I grew up loving the outdoors, bugs, birds, trees; you name it I was always fascinated by wildlife. Being a wildlife biologist seemed like a perfect fit for me. Anyways winter of 2002 I decided to do a internship to get my feet wet in the field and see if this is really something I want to do. I’ve always been fond of birds, and was hoping to go into the field of Ornithology. I found an internship in West Virginia in the Appalachian Mountains, Tygart Valley Pocahontas County, near the Monongahela National Forest.
